You are strong enough

What makes you feel better? We all have thoughts that either help us take the action to

feeling better or worse. What is your stumbling block? Mine is “I am not strong enough.” I share experiences from my past on how I navigated through situations where I wasn't sure if I was strong enough.

I know that when I believe I am strong enough I am able to take the actions that truly help me feel better.
